When booking online, be sure to check all appointment types you are considering. The booking software will only show available appointments for what you select and all other options will appear booked even if they are not.
Check online booking as often as you'd like, sometimes there are last-minute cancellations or extra shifts added. Shifts are more likely to be added if the waitlist shows a demand. Use the waitlist to grab any openings that work for you.
